last turbo question

ok i jus recently got this article bout turbo chargin our civics and it says that HKS has said that 3-4 psi can run without fuel mods. any body 100% sure bout this. and is there anybody here that can contradict what riceburner tells me or is he da only turbo guru here.

i heard this too.. i forget from who but i think they said 4 was the highest PSI u could go without doing Any engine mods

hmmm.. i dont remember.. but i think someone told me it was 2psi. anything over 2 psi needed to fuel to be mod.

but i got a question aslo...
Can you use a BoV with only 4psi? or maybe 5psi??
