go to handaaccessories.com and buy one pre-painted in SSM for like $19.50 plus shipping (or you can do like i did and tell the dealer to order it and show them the internet price and tell them to match it)
4 nuts under the hood...pull chrome piece out from both left and right side (rest the hood on my fat gut to do this)...when all 4 'screws' are out...the one in the middle is plastic...so with the piece in each hand...slide to the right...
BTW...dealer didn't charge for shipping...but they do charge like $40.00 for that piece 'retail'
hope this helps...search around because there's more info out there than what I just rambled...
