Honestly dude, its easier then installing a trunk....the hardest thing would be fitting the washer nozzles, look and see how he's got em in the pic

Thats what we call a borderline lowball noob. The hood is worth like $600 and the paint is another $400, this is a good deal for an unpainted hood, its only been on his car for a month, other then that its been covered.
