i recently purchased a shoft shifter for my 2002 civic lx coupe. could some one please give some detailed DIY insturctions and pictures if possible. i would greatly appreciate it.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

same the OBX is a replica of the Revo's, just use Revo's installation instruction.

thanks, that helped alot. i just have one last question. do you know how to remove the shifter console to access the shifter?

the short throw adapter DIY used to show how to take the center console apart, but its a dead link now (among a few others[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]) If i remember correctly- you can just pull or pry the peice of plastic surounding your e-brake, it just comes straight out. then there are screws that hold the whole unit to the floor of the car. hope that helps

take the shift **** off, pry out the piece surrounding the e-brake, remove the 2 small screws down in there, remove the 2 screws on the sides of the rear cup holder and your set...
