Haha!

On my way home from Blockbuster, just about 20 mins ago, some teen idiot in a copper colored riced out 2k1 EX Coupe pulls up besides me at a stoplight and revs his engine. I simply laughed at him, sitting in my mom’s 2k1 4.3L 300hp V8 Lexus GS430 sedan. I tell you I almost started crying I was laughing so hard. He had the standard rice package with the cheap exhaust, crappy body kit and ugly 18' rims. The saddest part was he actually looked serious as he revved his little engine. So like anyone would I revved my fine race tuned Lexus’ engine back. God I love that sound.

Anywho the light turned green and he shot off like a bat out of hell. I just sat there. 1....2....3....4....5 Boom! Up and away I went. I seriously caught up to him in about 4 seconds doing about 60 or so on a 4-lane street. I got right up beside him. And he STILL looked like he was serious! All white knuckled grabbing the steering wheel and shifting as though the road was falling from beneath him. I laughed again and made sure he got one last good look at me in my car. Then tapped the pedal down from the 1/4 position to the 1/2 position and watched as his car got smaller and smaller in my review mirror. I shut it down at about 87, 65 being the speed limit, and turned off the road.

Gotta give the guy credit for trying though. I can't get many people to step up to the plate with that car. I wonder why? [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

yeam my da had a gs430 (sold it last week) there really fats i used to put it in etc power mode and it would chirp into 3rd. only thing i dont like is that the suspension is so nice you dont feel like ur going that fast so u always go fasterunlike the vic wher your going 120 and you dont wanan go any faster. i hit 140 in lex and was like dam,n doesnt this beast g any faster.

Oh ya, those things are sickening fast. 4.3L DOCH V8 (ULEV) 0-60 in 5.7s, and 1/4 in 14.3. 300HP/330 lb-ft tq.

Hell yah they are. They are good at fooling people too. I always get idiots it what "look" like faster cars trying to race me. I emphasize the trying part because they always seem to loose.
