last night
i pass this street in town to see really bright (fake hids [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] ) lights on a celica gt, but i dont pay any attention to it and keep driving (at 40 mph). bout half a min later this celica races up and rids my *** for about a min. i tapped my brakes once but he didnt get it so...
downshifted to second (still at 40) and floored it. by the time i shut down at 70 i had an easy 1 1/2 - 2 bus lengths on him.

today

some kid in a new ford fuhkus riding my ***. downshifted to 2nd again at 40 and put at least 3 bus lengths on him by the time i hit 80. then i shut down.

the sad thing is both of these little kids were trying to keep up. the celica kid had an automatic gt (it was easy to tell it was an auto gt)riced out. dont know what model fuhkus the other kid had though.

anyone else get this crap from highschoolers?

oh yea and i realized what people were talking about with 3rd gear being really good...thats what put the biggest distance between me and the other cars

I get idiot high schoolers trying to race me all the time. But, then again, I'm in high school.

I think the best lines I've ever heard to prove it were in creative writing...

I haven't gotten any crap from the highschoolers lately. Some of them like to ride my *** and then all the sudden shoot around me like i never knew they were coming. Sometimes its fun to beat them....if you know you can. And sometimes its just as fun to watch them get really mad because you won't race them.

i hate high schoolers in faster cars trying to prove that they are faster. If you ask me it's not that big of a deal to beat a civic. Especially if you have a 2.0 liter turbo or a 5.0 liter V8. When I see them I just shake my head

I get that all the time. I will be at a light with my girl...and I get morons pulling up next to me and they are revving their motors....Thankgod I have tinted windows, they dont see me laughing at them. Then the light turns green and they take off....I put it in first and let off the clutch nice and easy...and drive off. I don't race....

yah I usually get that all the time also, I hate those kids with their BMW's, etc that try and race me. Im like dude look at my car, is there really a point?

HAHA that happen to me the other night...Two 17-18 year old guys pulled up next to me in a silver M3...that was dropped. They were revving....and I had my system on....I didnt hear the revving until I look to my left and they are both looking at my car....so I lowered the system and I hear them revving. So I put the system back on and watched them take off when the light turned green. Its wierd it usually happens to me at the same light.....Everyone wants to race down Peninsula blvd....Which is the worst street to race on because there are always unmarked police cars sitting there waiting for people to race on by....and a few weeks ago one guy was killed from street racing....when the RSX he was driving in lost control, flipped over and split in half.....

I like to smoke em out and let them roll while I just take off slow, especially when my radar detector is going off. Then just drive by while they are pulled over, run the window down and smile.

OK, fav thing to do of all time, you gotta dude pull up to your ride, and looks over and revs.......so you rev back to egg em on.I mean just put on the whole show of a race comin on, light turn green, dude takes off, and you jus sit there, next light ask him how the race was.....and laugh at his dumb ***. I'd rather cruise, unless I'm on the highway. That's the weird thing, on highway, I can pass people like nothin, even if the push it too, weird crap.

ya i do the same thing. lol. Some ricer is next to me and he will rev or I will rev. Maybe I just rev myself and the guy takes off. What makes it funnier is when its a chick driving.

Whats really nice is having a car with 3 girls in a mustang (v-6) pull up on you with your girl in the car, they rev, you rev, and you smoke them by a few lengths, they come smile at you afterward ( always a plus), and then your girlfriend bitches at you for flirting, lol.

I've had a couple of those, anything that comes close to the whole non racing thing, is beating someone, punching the brakes to have them pass you, then beat them again. I drive a lot so I see just about everything, 29k in a year.
