is their any other d series head that will work on our d17 block? if so post on thread

OH hellz no. you should know by searching that nothing is really compatible from the old d series motors and the d17.

good. the point was to confuse you.

if you searched the forums, you would easily learn that the d16 WILL NOT fit the d17 block. without major modifcation that is.

lesson learned: SEARCH THE FORUM!

umm...lets think...Ever heard of a Frankenstien or mini-me swap? a frankenstien is a b20 block( CRV engine) with a vtec B18( Integra GSR or Type R) or B16 head. A mini-me swap is a vtec d16 head onto a d15 block. Just because the displacement is different doesn't mean that the head wont fit
