How do you like your car lowered?
How do you guys like it? I mean I like it but when it comes time where I wanna take a bunch of friends or when I gotta buy a lot of stuff it'll just make my car lower and lower. Not like I do these things all the time, but i think the dependability isnt there no more when I lower my car. I really love it though, dont get me wrong but Im just saying that there are some situations where I wish I havent lowered my car. Like have 5 friends sitting on your slammed ride with each weighing over 160 lbs.

I drove from Atlanta to Charlotte with my entire trunk, backseat, and passenger seat full of Christmas stuff a couple weeks ago. The rear of my car was almost dragging the ground. I didn't have any problems though..
Usually, the only person in my back seat is my 35lb. daughter. I'd take the wife's car if more people were going to be riding with me. The civic is just too small to be carrying people around, imo.
Anyhow, I love my car being lowered. Lowering only becomes a problem if you go too low. Race setups and anything over a 2" drop is going to be impractical for street use imo.

Mine's Lowered with Goldlines. I love it
When I have a car full of friends I just drive like I do when I'm by myself. I think I've only scraped once due to extra weight. Sometimes it is a pain in the *** to turn into every place you go sideways, but I guess you get used to it after a while.

I like my car lowered 3.5" I had that before I had my body kit, now I think I have still the same 3.5" drop cuz the fenders are right over the tires, just that my ride is too bouncy. and tire hits sometimes.
I have neuspeed sport springs with 18" wheels and 215x40x18 tires. When I have 5 people in the car (avg. weight about 185) it gets pretty slammed, but nothing rubs. Only if I go over a BAD bump.

if my car was lowered and if i had a bodykit, i wouldn't let 5 people, each weighing 160 lbs to sit in my car. i would only, maybe allow at the most three, but if that doesn't work get someone else to take their car, so you don't have to worry about driving or you dont have to worry about anything happening to your car while you're driving. but i'm tryin to save up money for air bags, so i can lower and raise my car however or whenever i like.

I have Neuspeed Sport... sometimes It doesn't look low enough for me, but oh well, it rides like stock and I've never bottomed out (scrape). I also don't let Fat Bastards sit in the back of my car. I've had 4 people in the back before AVG to about 120 Lbs each. My rear wheel was about 1.5 inches tucked into the fender. I often carry 2 people in the back with no problem though...
I have gold line sedan springs and I love it. It isn't that bad of a ride, granted it isn't the same as stock but I'll be getting koni's in a few months to correct that. I just put on my kit and I've scraped a few times but only over speed bumps, and one really narrow driveway. As far as regrets, I love the look, the ride and I wouldn't go back to stock if someone paid me. My wife likes it so much, she wants the same suspension setup that I have on her civic too.
