me vs. ls teg vs. tib

yesterday night, i went up the mountains with AK and on the way down, a giant rock came down the hill and left a nasty kink in my exhaust piping... it might have left a hole in the piping or something but the car has really crazy low end torque now... after noticing this i decided to see what my car can really do... so what better way to test it out than running other cars at the street races okay... i normally don't street race at all... i would usually go and watch but i would never run my car... it was an exception this time...

anyways...

i decided to run my car against a pretty moded up lookin' tiburon... it's the tiburon from the previous generation... i launched and feathered it at 3000 rpm with a little wheel spin and completely had him off the line... i flashed my hazards and took the win as i crossed then finish line (a fire hydrant)... funny thing is.. we both didn't slow down after and it seemed like he pulled on me really hard at the end.. i dunno if it's still considered a win anymore

2nd race...

me vs. ls teg with short ram intake... i launched a lil before 3k rpm this time knowing i that i spun a little bit the last time... so the flagger comes up and starts the race... i had him off the line and about mid way through the race, i had him by like 2 cars... he knew he couldn't win so he stopped and turned around...i flashed the hazards and took the win...

the bust....

after the 2nd run... i waited around for the next race but just then... you guessed it... blue and red flashing lights came straight at us... i didn't move so the cop just flew right past me to get the other guys that were racing.... i thought i got away as i started to take off in the other direction and right when i came up the the intersection where the track ended.. there was another cop car waiting there for me... i stopped and put my hands on the wheel thinking that i was busted... the cop turned on his bug searchlight thingee and pointed it directly at my face... all i heard was " don't move.. " so i just sat there waiting for him to get out of the cop car but instead of doing that, he turned off the light and let me go so he could help his fellow officer chase down the rest of the car that got caught racing... i booked so fast and went back to the meeting place...

moral of the story... don't run from the cops....

Its good that you didn't get arrested. A lot of times if you just play cool and tell the cops what they want to hear they'll let you go. A lot of cops are just like us at work....they don't wanna do jack sheit either. I beat an LS Integra once, it looked like those asian guys wanted to beat my *** after I put my flashers on. At least running over a rock is good for something now.
