01 EX manual transmition ECU and Automatic Transmition ECU the same?

Hey guys,
I have a JET PERFORMANCE re-programmed ECU. (that's how I am in the
15.7's)

I was wondering if an 01 automatic coupe ECU is the same as the 01 manual
transmition coupe ECU?

I need to have a stock one since I am going to be running N20 and the JET
Performance re-programmed ECU has the timing advanced.

What do you think? Should I swap ECU's back to OEM specs or should
I get an adjustable cam gear to retard the timing back.

I need help!!!

4drcivic2k1 is an unknown quantity at this point
a cam gear adjusts cam timing not igniton...you'll need to get the ECU adjusted

This is the reason i did not get chipped, i got the V-AFC instead so it can control my fuel better. there are still a few problems with it even though the right wiring diagram is up....
