4k RPM vibration

i have a 5 speed lx w/ intake and exhaust... anyways.. whenever i hit 4k on the tach, it sounds like my exhaust make a vibrating noise... anyone else have this problem??

Exhuast or muffler? Either way it's not right. I got a custom exhuast system and a muffler on it thas tilted about 40degrees so my hangers really in bad position (on the muffler). You can seriously take my muffler and prolly bend it the other way to make it straight instead of the tilt and then back, it's really dumb, it's really loose but I don't hear vibration from it.
What exhuast system do you have, tha'll help.

i have a magnaflow muffler with 2.25" custom mandrel bent piping....it's tilted on an angle too... it doesn't happen at any other RPM either.... it happens RIGHT ON 4k RPM...
