Torque Specs for Strut Tower Bar Needed!!

Can someone give me a definite answer? I'm putting in my strut tower bars and I need to know how much torque should be put on the 3 bolts on each side. I searched and saw one post which said 33, is that right??? Does it differ from front to rear???

As per the OEM service manual

44 N-M (4.5 kgf-m, 33 lbf-ft)

So, 33 foot pounds is the correct answer!

I wish I did what you are doing now. I over torqued one of the front ones and *SNAP* I had to get a new strut tower cap.

How much does one of those cost? I didn't snap mine, but I'm pretty sure I stripped one of them. I tightened all of them to 40lbs before I bothered to check here. Would I even need to get a new one since it's only 1 of 3 bolts? I guess I don't know if it's just a 'cap' and the bolts hold it in place, or if there's a chance that it could go out of alignment or something because of not being tight enough.
