Upper Front Strut or Lower rear tie, which helps more?

I've got $100 bucks to do something to my suspension right now. So which will help me out more? I'd like to try to get out some of the understeer, recommendations on which will help more? My suspension is otherwise bone stock.

1955 is an unknown quantity at this point
all fwd has moderate understeer because the rear wheels never turn faster than the front,so technically have not much to do with the suspension which in term help us stay out of trouble.U wont go wrong to start with the front strut bar ,if u want more control in sharp turns then get the rear tie bar, also a bigger sway bar will complete the package.P.S..u said u have a bone stock set up,,then u sure need some tires if u wanna play around with sharp turns.

you definitely want to get the front tower bar first out of those two, because that's where the steering is

from what ive read, the rear lower tie bar doesnt do much, and is only really noticeable if you push it really hard. but im sure it wouldnt hurt to get it sometime
