Need a quick answer.

I just got a new fender not too long ago and I planned on washing/polishing/waxing my car tonight - only got through the washing segment. I know that you're NOT supposed to put wax over new paint but what about polish?

Polish is worse than wax.

Did you have the fender baked in an oven?
No no, I'm serious. Good paint shops cure their painted parts in this giant oven so that the paint solvent fully evaporate and the paint is non-porous.

I have no idea. When the fender got painted, it was a 45 minute drive on the freeway away from me done at a Chrysler dealer's body shop. The paint job wasn't the best (but for the money I paid for, I'm not gonna argue) although the paint matched, it fish-eyed in some areas. I wouldn't know if the paint is cured unless I asked the shop. But it did bake outside in the sun for a week. Kew. Car polished... might wax it tonight or tomorrow.

And why the fu*k do bees get attracted to cars? Two nights ago I was about to wash my car after I rinsed it and there was a FAT *** wasp crawling on my car... I mean FAT right when I started washing. Once I thought I hosed it off, I found it on my car AGAIN but realized that it was another wasp that was with a bunch of OTHER wasps high between a pilar that holds up the roof to my house. Completely rinsed the car off... took mom's car out the garage... rinsed my car off again and set it in the garage and I finished washing it from there. Not the first time that occured. Another night there were once just bees all over the ground n shyt at night time as I was washing a car.
