last night, I went to sheetz for a late night snack with my girl and my friend. I am in the store, and all the sudden my friend comes yelling in, for me to come outside right away. MY CAR! Some drunk idiot and his 95 explorer and big *** grill, nailed my drivers side good. I need a new power mirror, driver door, and rear panel (its bad, I will post pics shortly) I called the cops on his *** and had him arrested, he failed field test and breathalizer. I am so pissed off.......

OMG dude, and I thought i had it bad when someone pushed a shopping cart into my car at a grocery store (still not fixed). Did the guy have insurance? I hope everything works out, keep us posted.

he has insurance, but I am pissed guys...I hate drunk people....and I just got may car back a lil while ago from another mishap, its like I attract drunks...or my girl does...

That really sucks. At least it's the other guy's fault though. Your insurance will give you enough to repair your car and then some. That kind of damage is hard to repair though. Make sure the bodyshop you go to does a good job. Inspect everything and complain if something seems off. Good luck with the repairs!

No one was in the vehicle so no one was hurt and any damage to the car is covered by the insurance so what could you sue for? I have one word...frivolous

That sucks *** man, hopefully everything will work out, but hey cant wait to see if he can get insurance again, DWI is a costly thing if you get caught.
