If you MUST read car mags...
read something with some REAL information, and unbiased reviews/tests of cars/parts/race venues. Unless you are buying it just for the show hoes and ricer ads, this magazine blows any other out of the water.

Rep Power: 0 yes, its better then car & driver road & track or pretty much any other mag i can think of. The articles are just as indepth as those "upper class" mags, but they do them on stock AND modified cars, and its slit equally ammong different makes, so itll expant your views and give you a better idea of whats REALLY out there.

Rep Power: 0 SCC sucks IMO. they are motivated only by the money the ads in their mag bring in.. which happen to be the parts they usually "test" or cars they drive. unbiased? i think not. plus their editors cant drive.

SCC recently announced a neon project car and compaired it to their new Sentra SE-R project car. they PURPOSLY compaired the lower model SOHC neon to the top of the line SE-R. why? to make it look like the new SE-R is the better performer in the aftermarket department. pretty shady if you ask me.

Rep Power: 0 I really could care less for a comparison such as that. Am I in the market for a Spec V/SE-R or a Neon? No. Besides SCC ran the article about Nissan's "problems" with the HP rating on the Sentra's.
