Aem intake sound clips
hey, i searched everywhere for aem cold air intake sound clips and i cant find it,so if its on this site and i just didnt see it, can u kindly link it, i want to really hear the sound of it casuse i dont think its worth spending $200 on an intake thats only gonna give me like 2 hp max, but i am interested in the sound, my car is completely stock right now. thanks

Sorry, I don't have the equipment to give you a sound clip, but trust me you'll love it. It's deep and sounds great in every RPM and sounds better the faster you go. If you need to clean the filter you don't have to take off the grill like injen.

The RSX AEM SRI gave it 4HP while the CAI gave it 14HP. I assumed our cars would get around 5? Are you sure about 1 or 2 for a CAI. I'm getting a DC TCS soon, and I know that's only a 1.8 gain.

yeah,it is 1 or 2 hp but i believe that is too the wheels though, so its really like 5 or 6 to the flywheel i guess, but i really want to hear how it sounds, do u really notice a big difference from the stock sound since our cars r already loud, and i want to hear all sound clips, ones with exhausts and ones without if u guys have them,thanks a lot

Check out the latest Honda Tuning magazine. Is has the 2nd article about the K series engine. Seems the biggest gains are on the intake side. Stock exhaust is pretty good, but a CAI will give you around 10HP for sure. Unlike our D series [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

well if the CAI gives around 8.9hp and 7.2lb-ft than what does the SRI give you? i would assume less but how much less?
