repairing dent in front bumper

rearended a pal (oops) and the front bumper has an indention in it about a foot tall and a foot wide right under the right front headlight. Seems like I should be able to open the bumper and pop it out, especially on a hot day in socal when it's 106 in the valley and the bumper is real soft.

Problem is I only see one screw in the wheel well that opens the side of the bumper but I can't get in far enough to try to push out the indent. Any tips on access or working with the plastic in general? Thanks and dig it.

dude, just remove the bumper altogether as per the diy. if you got the screws out, you're halfway done anyway.

wheres the dent? cause i had one on my left corner and ya i did what you said, removed the screw, opened it wide enough, use a blow dryer to heat/soften it up a lil bit and popped it out. if you cant reach it through the fender well then just remove the bumper and clear your lights while your at it. btw, what city you from? you might want to check out the socal forum, during the past month there was a meet with around 40 7thgens, 1 turbo car and another time there was one with a rsx type s engine.
