? about 19's and air suspension
I'm wanting to get 19's and air cylinders. My question is.....Will the 19's tuck in enough to where my car will be on the ground? Or will the rims be too wide for them to tuck? I have the Xenon body kit, and I love it when cars are on the groung and there is some major tucking going on.

most people with 19s on a civic go with 215-35-19 tires. this is probably the smallest 19s you could get.
i have 215-35-18s on neuspeed sports.. its about a 1 finger gap and very high off the ground. with 19s and neuspeed sports, you'll most likely have no finger gap with an even higher ground clearance. the xenon kit might make it lower but chances are your going to have to gut out the fender wells in order not to rub. i may be wrong. i just saw a pic about 5 mins ago, someone had 19s and his car was pretty low. you might want to ask him what size tires he has and what he did in order to get his car that low(it was in civicballers post asking about people with custon paint). i'm sure he'll tell you that he gutted the front fenders and rolled the rear. i'm guessing you wont be driving around like that for long periods of time so having a negative camber wont be a problem and would actually help you tuck in the tires.

Your 19s will tuck in a lot. I don't think your car will hit the ground though. When you get air suspension it won't hit the ground. It will come close though. You will have to do a body drop in order to have it hit the ground.

a body drop is usually done on a SLAMMED truck. if you look at a truck or SUV, you'll notice that there are alot of things that hang way below the actual cars body. this prevents you from lowering your car an inch of the ground so what you do is a "body drop". this is you make the cars body level with everything underneat the car. not sure how they do it tho.
my lude is on 18s kit sits on the floor and i tuck all around. But the fenders are sitting on the tires. if u want to tuck on 19s and sit the kit on the floor u will have to raise the strut towers and notch for the upper conrtrol arm. 19s are sweet with air seen few civics with it but they dont sit on the floor without cutting the towers and raising them. My lude has the black widow kit so it sits lowwwww. Click here to see a pic

Civics are unibodies....a body drop is impossible. You would have to cut for the arms just like errorr said. Other than that you can get real close to the ground, but you wont be able to "lay it".
