Automatic headlights

hey, i was thinking about buying this headlights kit that allows the lights to come on/off depending on what the conditions are. when the light outsdie drops to a pre-determined level, the lights automatically turn on. kinda like the way mercedes does it. they can also be hooked up to come on with the windshield wipers, which is good cause thats the law here in jersey. then when you shut your car off you can have the lights stay on for however many seconds you want and then shut off. its pretty cheap, like 40 bucks, so i figure why not.

I dont like the auto headlights, but, they dont come on half of the time, in my mom's car, it will be fully dark, and the lights wont even be on. I do like the auto shut off feature, and that is something i would definatly pay for.

I would get those...all the GM cars have it, my dad has a pontiac van, it has it, as soon as is it gets a little dark out side the night time lights come on, so like in the garage when u release the hand brake they come on, but after about 20 seconds of being in the light outside, they turn off! its pretty cool, all the gm's have it ever since like 95...

all i would want is the delayed turn-off feature. it's nice to have the headlight on the illuminate your path while you walk away and then shut off by themselves after a minute or so. it would be especially helpful when i attend those parties out in the middle of the woods w/ no streetlamps! my dad's car has something like that. i think it's cool.

I had it in my old car in and IMO I got sick of it after awhile... Because I could not turn it off when I needed to for any reason like sneeking up on someone whatever reason..
