Any difference between RSX 19mm sway bar and aftermarket 19mm sway bar?

Any difference between RSX 19mm sway bar and aftermarket 19mm sway bar?
Is one hollow and the other not? Any advantages over say a neuspeed rear sway bar and the RSX type S sway bar? Anyone think the 22mm Type R bar would be better?

Rep Power: 368 22mm if you ask me, is going overboard... maybe not though. beats me. but make sure you have a tie bar on the LCA so the sway bar doesn't tear the subframe up...
as for which is better... the OEM 19mm or aftermarket... I really dont know.... my 19mm RSX seems fine.. I smacked it against my head and it didn't bend at all... so...
My reasoning is, the Neuspeed or whatever aftermarket rear ones may be better... but how much better can it get.. and does it constitute spending over twice the amount?
