My wife has a 2018 Honda Civic. Flood water entered at the bottom of the doors, and we replaced the carpet. In doing so, we removed the seats, center console, etc. The water level in the car on the floor was extremely low. We replaced the carpet because of the odor. Before the carpet was removed, there were no error messages. I don't believe any electrical components were exposed to water except for the wiring underneath the carpet. I dried out the entire interior of the car. Shortly after installing everything, the following error message showed up. The car runs perfectly. I recall one wire underneath the driver's seat that remained disconnected because I could not find the female end. I disconnected and reconnected the battery to remove the console. The car has been running for over a month, and the errors remain. I attempted to purchase a service manual with wiring diagrams from Honda, but they will not release it to the public. It could be a simple fault, but I am unfamiliar with Honda. My wife said she has never replaced the battery in her key fob.

3. Tire Pressure low (likely unrelated)
4. Remote start will not work

Update
I tried disconnecting the battery, but it did not help. The security system is now acting up.
