SOLVED
I’ve still got the original radio/ cassette player in my car and have purchased a new single din radio ( pioneer) but I’ve got no idea how to get the bloody thing out .. is anyone wiser who can point me in the right direction? Thank you !

Believe me I’ve looked all over YouTube and can’t find a video with my exact radio and car . I’ve got all the equipment which is fine , it’s just getting it out
