After being in storage for the last 8 months, my 2012 Honda Civic faced a complete drain of its battery. Despite installing a new battery, the car refuses to start. A closer look revealed a blown 10amp fuse for the ignition coil module. Even after replacing the fuse, the relays are clicking, but the vehicle does not start. Notably, there are no error codes, and the engine light is not illuminated. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Give the starter a tap, might be sticky from sitting. Battery terminals are tight?
