Will 16” rims fit on a 2007 EX 4DR?

Might be a silly question but I am not a car guy.

Currently on 17” 205/55 R16 91H.

found a set on market place that are on 16” honda rims 205/55R16 91H.

Will these work?

both are the same tire size?
you will need to check off-set of the wheels

well, i measured my rims with a tape measure and got 17” but the tire itself says r16 so I am slightly confused.

Edit: To clarify, my car has 17”rims measured with a tape measure, the tires on the 17” say r16. So either im using this tape measure wrong or i have the wrong size tires on my rims.

The new set of rims and tires are 16” rims with r16 tires

Edit 2: Okay so Im assuming I'm just measuring wrong. My friends car is sitting on 18.5” rims but when u measure it it comes to 19.5 so it seems like I'm not measuring correctly.

just go with what is written in the tires...
Diameter is measured at the tire beads, the lip height does not matter
honda uses mostly same off-set, so maybe safe?
check if the number of studs are the same, 4 or 5 lugs

Could always bolt one on to test. 16" should be fine though
