I have recently purchased a 2017 civic si. It was obvious the previous owner modified the car and lowered the suspension, although not sure if he kept the same shocks.
I want to put new shocks and also wanted to put the car back to its original ride height. I have been looking at different websites but ot be honest I cant make heads or tails of what is a replacement part and what is performance part for the shocks. I know the care has the adaptive Dampening option and therefore any shock i purchase has to be compatible.
Any suggestions?

Check rockauto. Get a whole strut and spring assembly

i checked rockauto. the only thing is, which part? and i have read that the complete strut and spring assemblies arent compatible with the electronic dampening on the car. unless i have miss read?

Ok, I thought i'd ask on a forum. i'll try civicx forum, more activity. If not, i'll go to honda and with my VIN, they will tell me part numbers.
