Hi, my neighbor has a 2009 Civic automatic about 107000 miles no codes. Car stalls at random times she pulls it over puts it back in park then starts it again. sometimes she lets it run in her driveway and it will run several minutes and shut off as well. So far both the fuel pump and battery have been changed. She said it seemed fine for about 4 days after fuel pump battery repairs then problem returned. Always starts back up and runs good otherwise. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance

How does it stall? Like it runs out of gas? Like you turn the key off?

some connectors might not be fully plugged in?

From what she said it just suddenly stalls driving or sitting in her driveway. Pulls over and puts it in park and it restarts. I've never witnessed it myself.

Need to know how it's stalling, swap with her for the day and see if you can get it to act up

Asked her again she said no sputtering just shuts off and all dash lights come on.
As far as swapping she can't drive a 5 speed and I drive 60 miles a day part on the interstate going back and forth to work. Would hate to have it stall at the wrong time. She is a older woman that mostly drives around town. She does have a habit of moving her car and moving it from one side of her house to the other to keep it out of the sun real short run times. Don't see what difference that would make though.

Sounds like an electrical issue, maybe ignition switch.
the super short run times can foul the plugs, might be worth pulling a plug and having a look
