2010 Civic LX terrible gas mileage 22mpg

2010 Civic LX terrible gas mileage 22mpg
Just picked up a used 2010 LX. Getting 22mpg.

changed spark plugs, air filter,oil
cleaned throttle body
Reset ECU
adjusted valves

obdii shows -5 fuel trim
map 43kpa at idle of 700pm
maf 5 G/s

Not sure what else to check /change. Would a map/maf/O2 problem always show up on an Obdii reader? I’m at a loss
