Front wheels don't spin freely?

This may not be an issue with breaks, it could be bearings too.

I noticed that my back wheel spins when I turn it by hand. However, the front wheels tend to stop almost immediately. I am wondering if this is normal, or should they continue to spin when I give them a whirl with my hand?

This is for a 2007 Honda Civic Sedan.

If it is not normal to immediately stop like that, I wonder what the main culprit usually is?

Thanks in advance.

Normal, they're connected to the transmission
