Yeah, locking lug nuts? Or maybe a pit bull. But then, I suppose a determined thief (aka: ) can get around any countermeasures.

Sorry about your loss.

sadly locking nuts are easy to remove too. Most of the time around here the whole car is stolen and stripped elsewhere. I've had wheels/tires stolen but not off anything recent and these were not easy ones to steal - huge 4x4 wheels/tires in the 32" range.

Damn you should have learned the first time it happened. You should of gotten 16 wheel locks and a really good alarm with wheel sensors. I had them on my old car and if you barely touched the wheel, the alarm would go off.

yes 16 wheel locks, your car comes with 16 lug nuts, 4 on each wheel, so 4 wheel locks for each wheel.

i'd stay away from rims if your gonna to expect it to happen again. its a risk i would not take..
if you have the money for 3rd sets of wheels, look forward investing into an car alarm first. a car alarm can do much more then wheels imo.

Well, most ppl get wheels for cosmetic reasons anyway.... so the alarm would be a better "smarter" investment.
