Where to Get Hub Adaptors for Wheels?

In reference to another post: Thread

I've been experiencing wheel problems, and I've had the shop look at it twice and they can't fix it. I was advised that it may be because my aftermarket wheels are lug-centric (instead of hub-centric like most OEM wheels).

Now the question is where can I get this hub ring adaptor? Honda dealer?

Ask Wheels Direct. They're all I can think of right now.
