Wheel noise

I've noticed, when driving next to somewhere where sounds might echo (like a drive through) that my front driver's side tire is making a noise. It sounds like there's something sticky, like jam or something, on some part of the tire and it makes a noise every time that part of the tire hits the road. It goes faster when I go faster, and slower when it goes slower, so I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the wheel itself, but I admit I could be wrong. Any ideas on what it could be, or what I might want to look for. It's not a loud noise, but it can be annoying now that the weather is starting to get nice.

ETA: I forgot to mention the vehicle's info: 2020 Honda Civic LX, 4-door sedan, Engine model K20C2,1,996 CC, L4 (4 cylinder), Dual Overhead Cam (DOHC),Continuously variable transmission, 215/55R16 93H

You haven't seen me try to lift a car. That will take me a while. But I will take a look. I'm mostly glad that this isn't some common known issue with the car.
