actually u need an orange REFLECTOR not a bulb. In most states it is legal to have a white turning bulb, but the design cars to have an orange reflector in the front and a red reflector in the rear.

I don't get how they can enforce that since the Euro Clear corners that came out don't even have a clear reflector that should be more illegal then having just a clear reflector. Because you can see the Clear reflector at night and stuff versus the euro clear corner which shows nothing. But who knows just my $.02

thanks pmau...that's the only place i've been able to find amber bulbs. auto zone doesn't carry them and the pep boys sight is too hard to use. i have no idea what the guy was talking about the reflectors...i cleared my headlights so i took that out....

I have cleared headlights and have the amber bulbs in the blinkers. I got them at PepBoys. They are APC M3 7443 Amber Auto Bulbs.

The amber color of the bulb reflects on the chrome of the headlight and gives that little square an amber glow when they are off. They blink orange just as bright as with the reflector, and show up just as bright with the parking lights on. I don't think the cops would give you any trouble whatsoever. Having amber colored bulbs and have clear bulbs are two totally different things. If fact, it kinda stinks to have the ambler bulbs in because it takes away some of the cleared look during the day.

I hear ya on that I used to have orange bulbs in my last clear corners in my old civic they looked like crap so I just got Xenon ones to match my headlights but they have some clear bulbs out now that blink orange I can't remember who exactly makes them off top but they do exist. Haven't heard how long they last though so i dunno

That is a sweet link that would work especially good if you got the TYC Euros and put a Orange bulb on top and had it clear or red whatever you wanted for color of turn signal.
