Illumination not working

So I have a bit of a problem with my hoopdie 93 honda del sol si, I bought this car as a restoration project, and let me say there have been ALLOT of speed bumps I needed to get over. But the one thing I can't seem to figure out is why my dash cluster climate control and reverse lights all don't work, I thought maybe replacing the light bulbs would work so I bought a LED kit for the gauges as a first step, I tested each bulb outside the car and they all work fine but when I install them there seems to be no change with my problem, I have two gauge clusters at my disposal so I figured maybe I should try the lights in the other cluster. Yet the same problem still resides, I'm at a loss and I just want to be able to read my gauges at night when driving. I'm new to this forum so any help would be much appreciated!!

Re: Illumination not working

You may just have to trace your wires back to see if there’s a short somewhere.

Crap like that is EXACTLY why I hate dealing with electrical.
