On my sister's 95 civic, the wiper arms black paint has faded in certain areas. The chrome looks nicer and better than the black, and I could use paint remover to chrome it out. But let me tell you something about chrome wiper arms. If the sun strikes it in a certain place, it will blind the f* out of you.

Now my question is, does anybody know what kind of black spray paint I can use on it?
