Need some conformation on k20a transmission options

I'm working on putting a k20a out of a 2003 JDM civic in my 1985 fiero I've done a bunch of CNC work getting the fiero transmission to work with the k20a only to finally put them together and find out the drive shaft and block want to share the same space.
I'm now on the hunt for a honda transmission from what I've read any of the k20a/k20z or k24a/k24z transmissions should bolt right up and have the same spline count and diameter for the clutch. The only thing I'm having trouble finding is if the speed sensor will work the different computers for example I found an 2010 accord transmission will a 03 civic si computer make sense of the the signal from the accord transmission? also I notice that its missing the bellhousing hole for the top bolt on the exhaust side for the k24 engines is that going to matter in anyway?

Here's some more info on speed sensors. Anything newer than ~'04 is going to use the high speed VSS.
