The seal was bad and I was loosing air. The nut was stuck and the sensor broke unscrewing it.
Drill a hole through the sensor. Make a thread according to the bolt you have. Cut a channel on the bolt for the air. At the end use epoxy without covering the air hole (toothpick in the hole prior applying the epoxy works great).
I didn't replace the battery It was at %85 capacity after 6 years.
