I’d say my civic starts perfectly 99.9% of the time, but there’s been two times this year where I’ll drive it somewhere, shut if off, come back a few minutes later and nothing happens when I turn the key. Not even a click. I DO still have electricity when I turn the key such as radio and headlights. After wiggling the key a bit and trying to start it 5-10 times it will start like normal and I’ll have no issues for months. Is this a sign of the starter going bad?
i appreciate any help on this. I have limited mechanical experience and I’m learning as I go. I’m only at 122000 miles and I’d love to take it to 400,000 and beyond.
