05 coupe springs or coilovers?

I own a 05 civic coupe with 17 wheels and I wanna lower my suspension a little bit. Should I get springs or coilovers. Does anyone have any pictures for reference.

Coil overs will give you more control over how low, specially if you have clearance issues with the 17" wheels and rubbing.
I installed H-tech springs from Tein and the car is lower in the rear than the front, it still has a small gap. In the future i might just opt for coil overs to dial the look in.
