2005 Civic hybrid no a/c after removing ima from system

2005 Civic hybrid no a/c after removing ima from system
Bad ima battery so removed rear seat and turned red switch to off. A/C won't run cold now. Any suggestions?

Did AC work before you turned off the IMA battery pack switch?
Turn IMA switch on....... Does AC work again?

A/C worked fine before taking ima out of system via switch. Blower works, a/c light on dash comes on but compressor doesn't kick in. Thanks for responding.
