heater not working
93 Civic, since owning it heater/AC would only go up to fan speed 2, then up to 4 after replacing blower weeks ago, but the last couple days heater/AC fan won't turn on at all - climate control lights are on and I can hear things moving when switching to AC, panel, defroster, etc. but no air is blowing. Any ideas?

Fuses, fan motor, fan switch, and/or resistor set?
With due diligence, a wire diagram and some testing can lead you to a correct conclusion.
