my car is a 1992 civic but my motor is 1995 still with the 1.5l motor no vtec....i was driving fine over 3,000 miles since i bought it and its almost time for me to change the oil ..... i changed the sparkplugs, wires, pcv valve and im about to change the oil and the timing belt soon .... here is my problem it happened today and im confused. i drove over 100 miles today (50 each way) and parked my car to go to advance for something. as soon as i was going to the intersection to get back on the highway (mind i was accelerating) it wanted to stall as in i had to press the gas 3 times before it returned back to normal. can anyone tell me what could it be?
the car is automatic DX with 274xxx ... i am a mechanic and checked all of the vaccums and thats not my problem im confused
