I got 8th gen 1.8L Civic made in Thailand year 2010. 50k kms. Bought brand new. For strange reason lately in made weird knock at front suspension.


Description:
* Front RH (Driver side)
* Intermittent sound when passing bump (random), and more frequent when goes uphill
* Sounds like empty mineral water or tin can hit into something. With a bit solid metal sound at background.


What I have changed:
* Front strut
* Front strut top mount and the bearing.
* Sway bar bushing
* Sway bar link


What I haven't changed:
* Ball joint #
* Inner tie rod
* Outer tie rod
* CV Joint
* CV Shaft
* Front top spring cushion #
* Front bottom spring cushion #
* Top RH Engine mounting (Torque arm / dog bone shape) #
* Bottom RH Engine mounting (Hydraulic) #


Anything mark # is what I suspect the most.


Please help..... I need someone with similar sound and experience and what solution has been done?

Thailand - thought these were just made in Japan or US? Another idea is your control arm bushings, see my grinding noise post for a photo example. I too have had some suspension noises that I still need to resolve, looks like you gotten pretty deep into these issues.
