Rear tire leans causing uneven tire wear

I have a 97Honda Civic Lx. The passenger rear tire leans out at the bottom. It eats my tires up. Everything looks straight/no bends. The only thing I did was put 17"wheels on the car but the tire size are close. Any ideas?

How are your struts, if they are bad they can cause wear? Did this just start after making this change? Try jacking up the whole back end with the car front wheels blocked and manually spin the wheels checking for sounds and signs of interference.

have an reputable alignment shop look at it first and see if they can find something out. If answer is shady, come back to tell us what they say.
