Honda Civic Dx seatbelt chime stuck on.

Honda Civic Dx seatbelt chime stuck on. I am struggling with this problem, nothing externally works(such as reattaching seatbelts shutting all doors) anyhow I would like to ask someone how to disable this, by either fusebox under dash or by wiring elsewhere, it would be EXTREMELY appreciated, thank you so much,
