Just ordered the tsi turbo kit. Going to be running aem fic, and only putting 6psi. I am completely stock with a stage 1 Crower camshaft. I have 3 questions.
1. I didn't think about this until now, but is the stg 1 cam alright to use with boost??
2. Also, how bad would it be to run stock exhaust on this setup?
3. How much power should I be seeing on this setup? I'm hoping 180-200whp

1.) yes. You can run OE cam with boost. Having the stage 1 will help make more power.
2.) I would open up the exhaust some to allow for better flow. 2"-2.25".

My cousin is crazy with Honda's. He has 550whp LS VTEC completely built himself. He offered to street tune it for me for free. is this worth it? I know dyno would give better results but would it still be reliable with a good street tune?

Idk. I don't have any experience in that. I would say since your not doing high boost a street tune would be fine. I would still dyno it though, you don't want anything to happen after your hard work.
