Unhappy Spark pluge change issue please help!

Hi as you can probably tell i'm new to the forums here.
But I have a 07 civic and just changed out the spark plugs to some ngk's
when everything went smoothly until placing the coils back on and tightening the bolts that hold them on. They snapped see picture attracted to see which bolts i'm speaking of, the car is making a weird noise and not picking up when gas is pushed does putting the wrong coil on the wrong plug cause this or possible the coil coming loose because of that bolt? Please i'm pretty n00bish with this kind of stuff.
If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
Check engine light does come on but I don't have a computer to read the codes.

You're saying that you broke off all 4 of them?
You didn't quit after you snapped the first one and figure out what went wrong?

The 4 coils are all exactly the same. It does not matter what order they are in.
