After new radio installment, car won't start

Hi there,
I have a problem with starting the car.
The case is:
I've removed the factory radio and replaced it with JVC 2DIN.
The new radio is working flawlessly, there is plenty for power (i dont think that the problem is in the battery) but the car wont start.
The dash blinks with some stange noise...
I've tryied to disconect the battery for 1/2 hour but the problem presists.

Honda Civic EX 2004 Coupe

BTW with the old(factory) radio wont start also

Thanks in advanced
