Flow of stock exhaust vs. aftermarket?

If I wasn't concerned about sound and just overall performance, if I were to get, say, headers and an intake on an EX 5 speed, and keep the stock exhaust... how much would that hold me up? How much better would a GReddy EVO or something similar flow?

The somewhat restricted airflow will hold your back. You're gonna want a bigger pipe to allow for more air to pass through and you're gonna gain more hp. Just dont go overkill on the pipe...too big wont do anything for you.
