lowering springs for sedan?
lowering springs for sedan?
Hey guys just wondering if you could give some support info/input on which lowering springs word work best with a 2001 civic sedan running 205/40/17 tires. not looking to slam the car , just a little lower while still functional. what brands / amount of drop would you suggest with the combination I am running? helps appreciated thanks,
Re: lowering springs for sedan?
Eibach's, Tein's, Neuspeed. Depending on the drop you want.
I had Sportlines and the rear was lower.
Neuspeed are probably best for an even drop. To get an idea what they look like check out TFMEX build thread.

Re: lowering springs for sedan?
I've also heard Neuspeed are the most even on Sedans. TEIN, possibly good as well. Unfortunately the Sedans are heavier so you'll have a hard time getting it to look level, but it's worth the gamble to have an awesome lowered car

There's a suspension picture thread floating around here so you can see what different setups look like with different size rims as well as coupe vs sedan. Actually it's stickied so you had to look at it to post this thread.
